The Seagulls have reached an agreement with Tottenham for the signing of 19-year-old Croatia defender Luka Vuskovic.
The fee is a £46mil fee including a sell on clause. Vuskovic spent last season out on loan with Hamburg in the Bundesliga, making 28 appearances and scoring six goals.
With Jan Paul van Hecke going the opposite way after recently joining the Lilywhites Brighton have chose Vuskovic as their new man at the back.
The defender is currently at the World Cup with Croatia, who take on Portugal in the round of 32.
Brighton confirmed the signing of Leeds centre-back Pascal Struck for £20 mil yesterday and the Tottenham man will be the next arrival.
Spurs look to make yet another swoop for Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali after the sale of Vuskovic.
