FIFA World Cup 2026 Tickets: First Chance Drops This September

The biggest World Cup ever is coming — and your first shot at seats is just weeks away.

FIFA has confirmed that ticket sales for the 2026 tournament kick off with an exclusive Visa Presale Draw running from September 10–19.

But there’s a catch:
✅ Only Visa cardholders are eligible for this early window
✅ You’ll need to register at FIFA.com/tickets and create a FIFA ID

🔄 What Happens Next?

  • Winners selected at random
  • Notifications will be sent out starting Sept 30
  • If selected, you’ll get a time slot in October to buy your tickets (subject to availability)

During this phase, Visa is the only payment method accepted — fast, secure, and exclusive.

“September 10 is the date every fan should have circled,” said FIFA’s Chief Business Officer Romy Gai.

🌎 A World Cup Like No Other

  • 48 teams
  • 104 matches
  • 3 host countries: USA 🇺🇸 | Canada 🇨🇦 | Mexico 🇲🇽

The 2026 World Cup will be the biggest and most inclusive tournament in football history — and tickets will be released in phases.

Miss the presale? Don’t worry — more windows are coming later. Full info drops in September.

💬 What Visa Says

“This isn’t just early access to tickets. It’s about unlocking global football energy and boosting the local economies that’ll host the world’s biggest party,” said Visa CMO Frank Cooper.
